Viscose fabrics stand out for their pleasant feel against the skin and excellent drape. The viscose fabrics in our shop are woven, lightweight, and have a cooling effect.
Viscose is a natural fiber derived from cellulose. Its best qualities are a pleasantly soft texture, easy drape, and relatively low-maintenance care.
This type of viscose fabric is most often used for sewing airy clothing, making it perfect for dresses, skirts, blouses, lightweight garments, and nightwear. It is not warming by itself, which is why it’s popular for summer clothing.

Sewing tips:

For sewing viscose fabric, it is recommended to use microtex needles. Thanks to their extra-sharp point, these needles are suitable for high thread-count fabrics

Care

-Machine wash at 30°C
-Do not bleach
-Iron on the wrong side at the lowest temperature
-Do not dry clean
-Do not tumble dry
-Natural fabrics often shrink by 5-7% when washed, so it is highly recommended to wash them before you start sewing.
