At "Charlotte Fabrics," we offer the opportunity to purchase fabrics and sewing accessories wholesale. If you are a business owner, designer, sewing workshop owner, or simply planning a larger order, we will gladly find the most suitable solution.

What do we offer wholesale?

  • Fabrics on rolls ("bales"), mostly 10–12 m or 50 m in length

  • Attractive prices and flexible terms

  • Wide range with OEKO-TEX® and GOTS certificates

  • Fast and secure delivery in Latvia and Europe

Wholesale terms

  • Free delivery conditions do not apply

  • Delivery costs are calculated after receiving the order, depending on the volume and delivery method

  • Discount is granted depending on the volume and material, up to 20%

  • Order processing takes place only after payment receipt

PRE-ORDER terms

If the selected product is not immediately available on site, it can be ordered PRE-ORDER:

  • Delivery time is usually 7–14 business days (depending on the supplier's warehouse)

  • Products are delivered exactly according to the order specifications, therefore Cancellation after payment is not possible

  • If the item is no longer available in the supplier's warehouse, we will refund the full amount or offer an alternative.

Additional disclaimers

  • The color of the product may slightly different not visible in images depending on screen settings

  • The fabric manufacturer reserves the right to make changes print pattern placement on the fabric, so repeats or pattern direction may vary

  • Minimal deviations lengthwise (up to 2–3%) is possible due to industrial cutting and manufacturing processes

  • When ordering fabrics to with rolls, may be:

    • connection seams

    • sample removal ring

  • Products are intended for use only in accordance with their instructions direct application; for incorrect or inappropriate use we We do not assume responsibility

  • If damage occurs during delivery, a report must be made with the courier or parcel locker operator; otherwise, we cannot compensate for defects that occurred during transportation.
