Viscose is a natural-origin fiber derived from cellulose. The best qualities of this fabric are a delightfully soft texture, easy drape, and relatively low-maintenance care.
Most often this viscose fabric is used for sewing airy garments, making it an excellent choice for dresses, skirts, blouses, lightweight clothing, and nightwear. By themselves they are not insulating, which is why they are popular for summer clothing.

Sewing tips:

For sewing viscose fabric, it is recommended to use microtex needles. Thanks to their extra-sharp point, the needle is suitable for high thread-density fabrics
