Premium cotton fabric, or poplin, is a high-quality natural fabric that is skin-friendly and breathable. Its hypoallergenic properties make it an excellent choice for sewing bed linen, tablecloths and clothing. Ideal for dresses. Sewing with cotton fabric is easy and suitable for beginners.

Sewing tips:

Poplin is an easy-to-handle fabric, making it a great choice for both beginners and experienced sewists. When sewing poplin, it is recommended to use a universal sewing machine needle (70/10 or 80/12), which is well suited to this fabric weight. Before sewing, it is recommended to iron poplin to avoid puckering, and to use fine pins or fabric clips to maintain accuracy.

-Before sewing, we recommend washing or dampening the fabric and ironing it with a steam iron to check whether the fabric will shrink!
