Knit fabric is easy to care for and does not wrinkle. Thanks to the small amount of added elastane, the knit fabric will hold its shape and will not stretch out, while retaining the good properties of cotton.
It is perfect for casual clothing, dresses, children's clothing, T-shirts, sportswear, as well as hats and scarves.

Sewing tips:

When sewing with cotton jersey, it is recommended to use Jersey or Stretch needles if the jersey is very stretchy, it is recommended to use Super Stretch needles, which are specially designed for stretchy fabrics. These needles have a rounded tip, which allows them to glide easily between the knit fibers without damaging the fabric. Needle size usually depends on the thickness of the fabric, but for cotton jersey, sizes 70/10 or 80/12 are often suitable.
