Viscose fabrics stand out for their pleasant feel on the skin and excellent drape. The viscose fabrics in our shop are woven, they have lightness and a cooling effect.
Viscose fabric is a natural-origin fiber obtained from cellulose. The best qualities of this fabric – pleasantly soft texture, easy drape and relatively easy care.
Most often this viscose fabric is used for sewing airy garments, so it is a great fabric for sewing dresses, skirts, blouses, lightweight clothing and nightwear. They are not warming by themselves, which is why they are especially popular for making summer clothing.
Sewing tips:
To sew viscose fabric, it is recommended to use microtex needles. Thanks to the especially sharp point, the needle is suitable for high thread-density fabrics
