Kā šūt matu dvieli- Turbānu? - Šarlotes audumi

How to sew a hair towel - Turban?

Seeing this turban at the fair - I knew that this little project would make it onto my to-do list.

So it has happened that the evening is free and the time has finally come to make it happen.

I chose to sew this turban from natural cotton waffle fabric. I think it will also look beautiful and practical made from 100% linen or bamboo terry fabric.

The turbans can be fitted with rubber to fit more snugly.

Required time: ~30 minutes

YOU WILL NEED:

PRINT THE TEMPLATE AND ASSEMBLE TOGETHER

CUT INTO TWO EQUAL PIECES

CLIP THE UPPER EDGE WITH CLIPS OR CLAMPS TOGETHER BOTH FABRICS

“AT THE END OF THE TAIL, ATTACH A RUBBER OR STRING”

FINISH THE TOP EDGE AND ATTACH THE RUBBER. EDGES ARE PROCESSED WITH OVERLOCK OR ZIG-ZAG STITCH

What to do with returns? Sew eco-friendly reusable cosmetic wipes.

SEW THE LOWER EDGE - IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE MORE SPACE TO INSERT THE ELASTIC

DELIVER RUBBER CHANNEL - IF YOU WISH

DRAW BUTTON

VOILÀ....TURBAN READY

It remains to beautifully wrap it together with some natural soaps or cream, and the gift for mom, sister, or friend is ready! :)

I am very happy to see your finished works, so share on social media how it turned out for you, use the hashtag #sarlotesaudumi.
